Return/Exchange policy:
We absolutely want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you aren't completely satisfied, you may return your item to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Prior to returning an item, you MUST obtain a return authorization number by calling (toll free) 888.212.7751. Please note, monogrammed items may not be returned unless there is a defect.
